A BD twist on an old favorite!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the eggs, raw honey, and melted butter. Mix until liquid form. In another bowl sift the flour with the baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix well until you have a smooth batter.
Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full of batter. Place in the oven, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check if done with a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean, they are done.
If you want to make a banana bread, use the same ingredients, but pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour. You can check the center if they're done at the 50 minute mark, but I find that it needs the full hour.
