Amazingly satisfying for a quick and healthy mid-morning or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 oz. almonds
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw
  • 1 dsh. cinnamon
  • 2 tbs. yogurt
  • 1 c. ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
