Amazingly satisfies for a quick and healthy mid-morning or afternoon snack. Almonds, banana, coconut milk, flaxseed, raw honey and yogurt in this SUPER SHAKE!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned
  • 1/4 c. almond milk, unsweetened, organic
  • 1/2 banana, fresh, organic
  • 1 oz. almonds, organic, raw
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds, organic
  • 1 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 dsh. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 2 tbs. yogurt, plain, full-fat, organic
  • 1 c. ice, pure & filtered

Directions

Blend ingredients in blender and garnish with strawberry or favorite fruit. Enjoy!
