Swamp Juice

This is one of the healthiest breakfast drinks you can have!


  • 1/2 oz. almonds
  • 1/4 c. canned coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1/2 c. mango
  • 1/2 c. spinach
  • 1/2 c. kale
  • 1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
  • 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil
  • 1 c. ice
  • 1 dsh. stevia


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. If it's too thick, just add a little more water!

Just a note: the apple cider vinegar can come on strong and may not even be palatable for some, so adding the stevia will dull that strong taste. Don't skip it thought! Apple cider vinegar is extremely healthy and will give you a big boost in the morning when you drink this smoothie.
