Super Easy Delicious Fruit Crumble

I tried to find an alternative to the classical sugar and flour-loaded crumble and I'm proud to say it had lots of success (kids included). You can use any type of fruit. Enjoy!


  • 2 apricot, unsulfured, unsweetened, organic
  • 3 apple, red, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. raspberries, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. blueberries, frozen, organic
  • 1 c. oats, whole, dry, organic
  • 1/2 c. nuts, mixed, your favorite, organic
  • 1/2 c. almond, sliced, organic, raw
  • 1 tsp. stevia, loose
  • 3 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 3 tbs. almond butter, organic, raw
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic


Cut the apricot and apples in chunks and place in a large oven tray. Add raspberries and blueberries on top (I used frozen ones). You can use any type of fruit, that's the great thing about crumble. in a bowl mix the oat, chopped nuts, almond flakes, cinnamon, coconut oil and almond butter with a fork. Pour this mixture on top of the fruit and bake in oven for about 20-30 min at 180°. you can add a tiny bit of water / juice if you find it too dry. Bon Appétit!
