This is a sauteed mix of broccoli with other other vegetables with a hint of pepper jack cheese.

  • 4 oz. broccoli, frozen, organic
  • 1/2 sml. tomatoes, red, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 onion, any type, organic
  • 1 chili pepper, jalapeno, fresh, organic
  • 1 sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic
  • 1 sml. cheese, colby or pepper jack, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic

Steam broccoli in microwave according to the directions on the package. While broccoli is cooking, dice tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and pepper jack cheese. Place tomatoes, onions, jalapenos into non-stick skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on med heat. Add steamed broccoli and cube of cheese. Cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Enjoy!
