Wonderful cool Summer salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 med. avocado
  • 1/2 mango
  • cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic to taste
  • red bell pepper to taste
  • 1 spinach

Directions

Toss all ingredients together Serve on top a fresh bed of spinach
