Summer Salad

A refreshing easy summer dish using everything you grew at home!


  • 2 lrg. tomatoes, red, fresh, organic
  • 2 cucumber, fresh, organic
  • 1 onion, red, organic
  • 1 tsp. dill weed, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tbs. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste


Peel and slice cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out all seeds with spoon. Slice cucumber across into large pieces. Cut tomato in pieces, and add the sliced red onion. Mix together fresh dill (prepare according to your taste), olive oil, apple cider vinegar, fresh ground pepper, and salt. Pour onto the salad and let sit for about an hour in fridge. Enjoy!
