My niece and nephews dubbed this recipe "Funky Chicken." Serve with brown rice or mashed potatoes. I have used it for a topping for a lunch salad... although there usual isn't any left! Yummy!
Mix all dry spices together in small bowl
Cut chicken breast in strips length wise and spread out on a cutting board or piece of wax paper.
Sprinkle 1/2 of dried seasoning mix on one side of chicken. Turn pieces over and spring the remainder on the other side.
In large skillet heat olive oil and add garlic.
Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink. You may have to do this in batches placing the cooked chicken on a plate until all pieces are cooked. Return all chicken to skillet and add chicken broth. Cook approximately 5 -10 minutes more.
