10-Minute Breakfast

A well-balanced breakfast that comes together in just 10 minutes!


  • 2 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 2 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1 c. vegetables, mixed, your favorite, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic


Lightly beat egg and yogurt together. If the mixture is a little bit lumpy, that's okay - the cooking process will remove any "lumps." Add sea salt, pepper, and garlic to egg mixture and stir. Then add in veggies. Heat skillet over medium heat and grease with a little bit of coconut oil. Add in egg mixture to make scrambled eggs.
