I was skeptical if this would work at first but I was out of ideas for breakfast and needed something easy and fast to make.... turned out pretty good!
Lightly beat egg and yogurt together. If the mixture is a little bit lumpy that's ok, the cooking process will remove any "lumps". Add the salt, pepper and garlic to egg mixture and stir., then add in veggies. Heat skillet over medium heat and grease with a little bit of coconut oil. Add in egg mixture to make scrambled eggs.
