Very easy and fast. I like to use the thin sliced one, thus I make 2 slices per serving. But if you like the thick one, 1 slice is enough I think.

  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic

  1. Mix the egg with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip the sliced breads in the egg.
  3. Microwave it for 3 to 7 min, depends on your liking.
