Honey Cucumber Salad

A recipe that Grandma taught me that used sugar! The honey does the trick! A great way to use those extra cucumbers from the garden!

Ingredients

  • 4 cucumber, fresh, organic
  • 6 slc. onion, any type, organic
  • 1/4 c. vinegar, apple cider, organic, unfiltered, raw
  • 2 tbs. water, purified
  • 3 tsp. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed, fresh, organic

Directions

  1. Mix The vinegar, water, honey to taste, and dill weed. Add the cucumbers and onion and toss well.

  2. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or at room temperature.
