Tuna no crust pie

Delicious and easy

Ingredients

  • 1 c. tuna, white, canned, wild-caught
  • 1/2 c. potatoes, white or gold, organic
  • 1/2 c. peas, baby, frozen, organic
  • 2 tbs. yogurt, plain, full-fat, organic
  • 1 tsp. mustard, any type, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. stevia, loose

Directions

  1. Boil the green peas or steam them and add a pinch of salt then add the peas to the drained full can of tuna
  2. mash the potato and mix with a tbsp of yogurt to make it smoother with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon
  3. in a bowl place the mashed potato in the bottom then add the tuna and peas on top
  4. for the sauce on top, add the mustard to the yogurt and stevia, mix together well and add it on top..enjoy :)
