Tomato Bisque

I tried this for quick and easy lunch. Multiply X number of servings. This is for only one. Enjoy!


  • 2 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. canned coconut milk
  • 1 lrg. tomato
  • 1 tsp. onion
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 pinch fresh basil


Put all in blender. Blend on high until combined well. Heat. Enjoy! This is for one person for a quick snack or lunch.
