Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tasty, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! One serving is 4 cookies.


  • 1 c. coconut flour, organic
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder, aluminum-free
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda, pure
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/2 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup, pure, organic
  • 2 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract, organic
  • 1/2 c. coconut, unsweetened, shredded, organic
  • 2 oz. nuts, chopped, your favorite, organic
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter, creamy, raw, organic
  • 1/4 c. chocolate, dark, 70%, raw, organic


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate, and roll into 24 balls. Arrange on baking sheet, and flatten a bit. Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
