Tasty, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! One serving is 4 cookies.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate, and roll into 24 balls. Arrange on baking sheet, and flatten a bit. Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
