Mango Smoothie

If you've ever had a mango lassi this is similar. If you haven't, this is like a healthy fruit smoothie.


  • 4 oz. milk, raw or organic
  • 4 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 oz. frozen mango


Add milk to the blender followed by yogurt and mango pieces. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
