These crispy sprouted grain tortillas taste delicious when paired with creamy guacamole! It satisfies any cravings for crunch and is absolutely unbeatable! It's well worth a try!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Slice the tortilla (one large or two small) into chip-sized triangles and lay out on a baking sheet. Sprinkle unrefined sea salt over the top and cook for 15 minutes or until the edges are raised and the tortillas have slightly darkened. While the chips are in the oven, prepare the guacamole.
In a small bowl mash the avocado flesh. Add diced tomatoes, diced onion, minced cilantro (to taste), juice of half a lime, and sea salt (to taste).
Remove the chips from the oven and let cool or serve immediately - the chips and guacamole taste great either way!
