Wonderful Greek Salad I used 1/3 Cup of dressing for Greek salad for two. Use this dressing to marinade chicken or pork, use on cooked veggies or even other types of salads. Make a quart canning jar.


  • 1 c. vinegar, white wine, organic
  • 1 dijon mustard, organic
  • 1 tbs. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 tbs. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 3 tsp. oregano, ground, organic
  • 1 tbs. garlic powder, organic
  • 1 tbs. onion powder, organic
  • 1/3 c. cheese, feta, raw, grass-fed or pastured, organic
  • 1 sml. bell pepper, green, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 can olives, black, organic
  • 1/2 onion, red, organic
  • 12 tomatoes, cherry, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 cucumber, English, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. vinegar, red wine, organic
  • 1 1/2 c. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic


Directions- Large canning jar (Quart) container, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and Dijon-style mustard. Pour in the vinegar, and mix vigorously until well blended. Store tightly covered at room temperature.

Greek salad for two ½ English cucumber skin on diced 12 grape tomatoes cut them in half ½ med red onion diced ½ - 125ml can of sliced black olives Small green pepper diced 1/3 of crumbled Feta Toss with 1/3 cup of the dressing you’ve made above
