Coconut Crystals provide an excellent glaze to these chops, while cayenne pepper gives them some heat!
Mix dry ingredients together to form a rub. Rub both sides of each pork chop with rub, then place in pan that has been coated with coconut oil. I cooked mine for 10 minutes per side, but could be shorter or longer depending on thickness.
