Great savory dip to serve with raw veggies!

Ingredients

  • 2 c. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 1 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1/2 cucumber, fresh, organic

Directions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for two hours and serve.

Can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days.
