Quick and Easy Breakfast Burrito

I love this and eat it quite a bit! Not just for breakfast either.

Ingredients

  • 1 sprouted whole grain tortilla
  • 1/4 c. fresh made salsa
  • 1/4 c. cheese, any type
  • 2 egg

Directions

Scramble eggs, and stir in shredded cheese and salsa. Cook until hot. (Optional: Heat tortilla in a skillet on the stovetop or in the oven.) Place egg mixture inside wrap, and enjoy!
