Honey Chicken and Veggies

This is a mixture of veggies and chicken with spices and a little honey added for a little sweetness. I don't know the proteins,fats, carbs.. Never good at figuring that out.


  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 2 chicken breast, skinless, organic, free-range
  • 1 c. broccoli, fresh, organic
  • 1 c. mushrooms, white, organic
  • 1/2 onion, red, organic
  • 1 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1 dsh. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • black pepper, ground, organic to taste
  • garlic powder, organic to taste
  • parsley, dried, organic to taste
  • basil, dried, organic to taste


Put coconut oil in a pan to melt. Chop up chicken breast, add to oil, and begin sauteing. Add broccoli florets, mushrooms (whole, chopped, or sliced), onions (sliced or diced), and all seasonings. When the veggies are to your liking and chicken is done, add the honey, and stir good. Enjoy!
