Flaxseed Pancake

Enjoy a guilt-free way to eat breakfast. Add a couple strips of turkey bacon on the side and yum!

Ingredients

  • 2 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 3 tbs. flax seeds, organic
  • 1 tsp. baking powder, aluminum-free
  • 2 stevia, packet
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, organic
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic

Directions

Add your beaten eggs to a mixing bowl. Next, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix. Heat a little coconut oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Cook approximately 5 minutes per side. Take out of pan, put on a plate, and top with raw honey or maple syrup. Enjoy!
