This recipe has been used by our family for a long time. I just pared it down to fit the BD program. You could subsitute left over cooked chicken or turkey instead of tunafish.
Heat olive oil in sautee pan or small frying pan over med. heat.
Add chopped onions and celery. Sautee until the onions are translucent.
Add brown rice and tunafish. Sprinkle with paprika. Stir together.
Heat until rice and tunafish are warm.
