It's crunchy, sweet, and salty. This has officially become my favorite snack. It's great for pre workout, post workout, or as a snack when you need something that's just plain good.
Toast 1 slice of Ezekiel bread in toaster. Spread coconut oil on top. Follow with peanut butter. You can change the ratio of coconut oil to peanut butter depending on how much peanut butter flavor you like (I personally use less peanut butter and more oil). Drizzle with honey. Enjoy.
