Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small saucepan, melt cocoa and butter together and blend, remove from heat and let cool.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla together.
Add to cocoa and butter mixture a little at a time, blending well.
Stir in the coconut flour until no longer lumpy. Add chocolate chips.
Bake in 8x8 greased pan for 30-35 minutes.
