This gluten and dairy-free salad is simple and savory. The milky flavor of coconut blended with citrus and spicy Thai flavor will tantalize your taste buds and leave you feeling satisfied.


  • 2 oz. chicken, cooked, free-range, organic
  • 1 c. broccolini, fresh, organic
  • 1/4 c. coconut, unsweetened, shredded, organic
  • 2 oz. almonds, organic, raw
  • 2 lime, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 lemon, fresh, organic
  • 1 tsp. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tsp. basil, Thai, fresh, organic
  • 1 pinch sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1 pinch black pepper, ground, organic


Simply combine all the ingredients together, stir, and enjoy!
