Quick and easy all inclusive breakfast in only five minutes! (If you only want the egg in a hole and not the entire breakfast it counts as one protein and one carb.)

  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread, from organic grains
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 oz. sausage, turkey, Italian-style, free-range, organic
  • 1 tomatoes, red, fresh, organic

  1. Start heating a skillet to medium-high (no oil)
  2. Cut a hole in the center of the bread approximately the size of an egg yolk.
  3. Brush the bread with a small amount of coconut oil (Both sides)
  4. Place toast in skillet.
  5. Break egg carefully into hole in bread.
  6. When toast is browned on bottom carefully flip the toast over so the egg will cook. (Just make sure you let it cook long enough for egg white to cook completely. You can tell how done the yellow is by just touching it. ( The harder it gets, the more done it is!!)
  7. While toast is cooking, add the six rounds of turkey sausage to the skillet so they can heat and get brown.
  8. Remove all from skillet onto plate garnished with a sliced tomato. ( If you do not want the tomato you can substitute any other fruit or vegetable for this 1 carb.)
  9. Sit back and enjoy
