Fudge Brownie Dollups

I was going for a macaroon but they taste like fudge brownies...I don't know why, but I don't mind!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. almond butter, organic, raw
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 4 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 tbs. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured
  • 1/4 c. cacao powder, raw, organic
  • 2 tbs. honey, raw, unfiltered, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda, pure
  • 1 c. coconut, unsweetened, flakes or chips, organic
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the egg. Melt butter so it's easy to add. Separate the egg yolk from the white. Mix the yolk in with the other ingredients. Whip the white to stiff peaks and fold in. Spoon onto buttered baking sheet and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Cook at 350 for ten minutes.
