Must be a lover of curry and cinnamon. 30 proteins and 6 carbs for entire skillet so divide that by 5 servings.

  • 3 chicken breast, skin-on, organic, free-range
  • 2 yam, organic
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth, organic, free-range
  • 1 onion, any type, organic
  • 1 banana, fresh, organic
  • 2 clove garlic, fresh, organic
  • 2 pce. ginger, fresh, organic
  • 2 tbs. curry powder, organic
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic

Chop chicken breasts into bite size pieces and sauté in 1/4 c chicken broth and sprinkle some sea salt. In another skillet fry onions, garlic, banana, ginger and when onions are cooked add cooked yams. Add your curry and cinnamon and mix. Add this mixture to chicken that is cooked and maybe a touch more chicken broth so that a nice thick glaze is forming.

This is just so good. I think quinoa would be a good pair for this too.

And for crockpot lovers , throw all ingredients in raw and cook on low 6 - 8 hrs.
