Fat-Burning Chick Pea Muffins

I saw this recipe on Dr.Oz for weight loss. Haven't tried making them, tell me how they turn out!

Ingredients

  • 2 c. chickpeas, cooked, organic
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds, organic
  • 1/4 c. raisins, organic
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds, raw, unsalted, organic
  • 1 tsp. baking powder, aluminum-free
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda, pure
  • 1 c. carrot, fresh, organic
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon, ground, organic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger, fresh, organic
  • 1 date, organic
  • 2 tsp. water, purified

Directions

Blend chickpeas with wet ingredients until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bake in muffin tins for approximately 20 minutes.
