Excellent post workout snack or heathy treat. I prefer this over ice cream :-)
I defrost the fruit for 30 - 40 seconds in the microwave to make blending it up easier. You can choose any variety or combinations of fruits that you please. I've used raspberry, strawberry, mixed berries, peaches, banana, and my favourite, mango. The final mixture will be similar to soft serve ice cream and, to me, tastes more refreshing and tastier than ice cream.
