A free and refreshing pick me up for a hot day

  • 4 tbs. espresso, organic
  • 4 tbs. coconut milk, unsweetened, homemade, organic
  • 1 pinch stevia, loose
  • 4 ice, pure & filtered
  • 1 dsh. cinnamon, ground, organic

Prepare your espresso. It is best to make it well ahead of time to allow it to cool or you can put it in the fridge for 1/2 hour or so. Add all the ingredients, except the cinnamon to a blender and blend until the ice is finely crushed. Pour into a glass mug and top with a dash of cinnamon or you can make it fancier by adding a cinnamon stick. Enjoy :-)
