"I'm Stuffed!" Oatmeal

I made this tonight for dinner after doing an hour of cardio that made me very hungry. Needless to say, I was full for hours.


  • 1/4 c. oats, old fashioned rolled, dry, organic
  • 3/4 c. coconut water
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1 tbs. coconut, unsweetened, shredded, organic
  • 1 oz. walnuts, raw, organic
  • 2 tbs. almond butter, organic, raw


Boil coconut water and coconut oil, then add dry oats. Cook per directions on oats package. Meanwhile in a bowl, add your walnuts, coconut and nut butter. Pour cooked oatmeal on top and mix everything together. So filling!
