Tasty with this wonderful combination of fruits.


  • 1 apple, red, fresh, organic
  • 3 date, organic
  • yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic to taste
  • 1 hndfl. coconut, unsweetened, flakes or chips, organic
  • 1 hndfl. almonds, organic, raw


Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until small chunky pieces. Serve with or without plain yoghurt.
