European French Toast

To be enjoyed for breakfast or brunch.


  • 1 c. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • 1/2 c. milk, full-fat, raw, grass-fed or pastured cows, organic
  • 1 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 3 slc. sprouted whole grain spelt bread, from organic grains
  • sea salt, unrefined, & fresh ground pepper, organic to taste


Beat egg and add milk. Sprinkle salt and pepper into egg mix. Start heating pan with coconut oil on medium heat. Dip each slice of bread (on each side) in the egg mix - no need to allow the bread to soak. Fry each piece of bread for about 1-2 minutes or until crispy brown. ENJOY!
