1/2 med. banana, fresh, organic
1 tbs. almond butter, organic, raw
1 tortilla, sprouted whole grain, organic
There are two ways to make this delicious wrap...
Spread almond butter on tortilla. Slice banana, and arrange slices on top of almond butter. Gently roll the tortilla into a wrap.
Smash banana with a fork and set aside. Spread almond butter on tortilla, leaving a 3/4-inch margin around the sides. Spread mashed banana on top of almond butter. Gently roll the tortilla into a wrap.
