Got this one from a Salvadoran decades ago.
I pour a little oil in a frying pan, put the stove on medium, and dice the onion and put it in the pan. Then I crack the eggs, put them in and add a little more oil, slice the basil and sprinkle it in. While I'm dicing the tomato, the pan gets hot enough that I turn it down to low. Then I add the tomato and stir it all up. Then I put it on a plate and salt to taste.
