Very refreshing tropical smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. pineapple, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. mango, fresh, organic
  • 6 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 2 tbs. coconut milk, unsweetened, full-fat, organic, canned
  • stevia, loose to taste
  • 5 ice, pure & filtered
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds, organic

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. (Coconut milk, stevia, and ice can be adjusted as desired.) Enjoy!
