A creamy cold fruity smoothie. Really delicious and so good for you!
Place all ingredients in a blender. Start to blend slowly and gradually speed up and blend until smooth and creamy. Blend for an extra 30 seconds on high.....and Enjoy! :-)
Makes 1 serving
Change this up however you'd like with different fruits etc. I used coconut milk and coconut sugar so I didn't have to count it as carbs. But you could use almond milk or raw or organic whole milk.
