These are a great side dish for Tex-Mex Hamburgers!
Whisk together lime juice, honey, crushed red pepper, and sea salt.
Add cucumber (unpeeled and thinly sliced crosswise) to a serving dish. Then add chives (cut into small pieces), basil (sliced thinly), and cilantro (minced). Stir to combine.
