Healthful quiche. I like this for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Cut up cauliflower into small pieces. In large bowl, mix cauliflower, onion and garlic. Add spices and oil and mix. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place mixture onto flat pan and roast for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. In bowl, mix eggs, cottage cheese, chilis and parmasian. In pie plate, sprinkle sesame seeds. Add cauliflower mixture, spread evenly. Pour egg mixture over. Cook 35 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
