Dijon Tuna Salad

Mash all ingredients in a bowl and serve on a slice of sprouted whole grain bread or rye crackers.


  • 1/4 avocado, fresh, organic
  • 5 oz. tuna, yellowfin, fresh, wild-caught
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard, organic
  • 2 tbs. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil, raw, extra-virgin, organic
  • paprika, organic to taste
  • 1 dsh. lemon juice, pure, organic
  • 1 tbs. bell pepper, red, fresh, organic


Combine all ingredients, mix with a fork, and eat up!
