A side dish for pork, beef, chicken or fish.
Strip the kale from the stems and wash then coarsely chop. Add olive oil to pan and cook minced garlic just until you get the aroma. Add kale and stir until wilted. Add cranberries, salt, and pepper and cook 5 minutes longer.
