Tamari and Balsamic Roasted Asparagus

Super tasty way to prepare asparagus.


  • 2 lbs. asparagus, fresh, organic
  • 2 tsp. olive oil, extra virgin, unrefined and unfiltered, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt, unrefined and pure
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper, ground, organic
  • 2 tsp. tamari, organic
  • 1 tsp. vinegar, balsamic, organic
  • 4 tsp. butter, unsalted, organic, raw or unpasteurized, grass-fed/pastured


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Arrange asparagus in single layer on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes or until tender.

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat, and cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned, shaking pan occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in tamari and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle over asparagus, tossing well to coat.
