Kale is a very nutritious vegetable, and this salad is delicious!
Wash kale, remove ribs, and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Toss dressing with kale until all leaves are evenly coated. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add 2-3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and toss again. Let sit for another 5 minutes before serving.
