A simple and elegant salad! Delicious when served with grilled chicken or fish.
Prepare the vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Peel, pit, and cut the avocado into wedges. Cut the strawberries in half. Arrange the avocados and strawberries on 6 salad plates. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the fruit salad. Top with slivered almonds and serve immediately.
