Very refreshing salad.
Empty can of kidney beans into a strainer and rinse them. Put them in a bowl.
Cut up broccoli florets and chop celery. Put in bowl with kidney beans.
Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix and put in fridge until cooled.
