Cup of hot chocolate, surprisingly good for body and soul, a powerful "pick-me-up" any time of day.
Add water to coconut milk and heat on stove. Pour liquid into your favorite cup. Add coconut sugar and cacao powder and stir. Taste and decide whether you want vanilla.
This drink makes 1 CARB. It is healthy not only due to the fat burning Lauric acid from the coconut. The Cacao powder is a Mayan Superfood, and supplies fiber (4 g), antioxidants, iron, and magnesium.
