Breakfast Bake

This is a breakfast bake I created. I freeze part and enjoy on a piece of SWG bread or in a SWG small tortilla.


  • 12 pce. bacon, uncured, nitrate-free, organic, pastured
  • 12 egg, omega-3, cage-free, organic
  • 24 oz. yogurt, greek, plain, full-fat, plain, organic
  • 7 basil, fresh, organic
  • 1/2 c. onion, any type, organic
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, green, fresh, organic
  • 8 tomatoes, grape, fresh, organic
  • sea salt, unrefined and pure to taste
  • black pepper, ground, organic to taste
  • 6 c. black beans, canned, organic


Preheat oven to 350°F. Place basil, bacon, diced green pepper, diced onion, and grape tomatoes in food processor and chop/dice. Mix above mixture with eggs, Greek yogurt, and black beans (drained and rinsed). Place in baking dish and cook for 30-45 minutes.
